The Information Systems Management Department (ISM) consist of a staff of five computer professionals that support a growing state-of-the-art PC LAN / WAN computer environment.  The ISM Department is very proud to serve the technological needs of city citizens, employees, departments, and constitutional offices in the following areas:

• Project management for each City department to provide needs analysis, recommendations, implementations, and support.
• Telecommunications management which includes support for all aspects of  the City of Hopewell Police Department by providing wireless mobile units along with their public safety application, OSSI
• Operations management that provides a broad range of support from legacy systems to enterprise hardware and software applications
• 24/7 Help Desk  & Emergency support
• Internal consulting with the City of Hopewell’s departments regarding their short-term and long-term networking needs
