Cattail Creek Stabilization Project Lane Closure
Starting March 16, 2023 expect delays on Winston Churchill Dr. between Arlington Rd. and High Ave., from 9:00am – 6:00pm.
The right southbound lane will be closed sporadically during various phases of the construction.
The lane closure will be per VDOT Specifications.
