Appointment
On Friday, December 30, 2016 at 11 am inside City Council Chambers, new city Councilor Janice Denton was administered the oath of office by Tammy Ward, Hopewell Circuit Court Clerk. Councilor Denton replaces outgoing City Councilor Wayne Walton, representing Ward 5.
