Larry Scearce lives and works in Hopewell. He is active in the community and a strong supporter of the Hopewell Police Department. Larry has an Associate’s degree in Administration of Justice from Germanna Community College. Larry is married with two beautiful daughters and loves spending time with family as well as exercising and playing with his dogs.
